Provision of Debt Collection Services for CHW

⁠⁠⁠Central Highlands Water (CHW) is seeking submissions from suitably experienced and resourced contractors to appoint a provider/s for the provision of Debt Collection Services within the CHW service area and compliance with safety and environmental laws.

Tenderers should insert the relevant price for each of the Services offered in Schedule 1 of the Part B - Form of Tender - Tender Schedules - Debt Collection Services document. However, should tenderers not submit a price against any item contained therein, then it will be considered by CHW that they have chosen NOT to submit an offer for that service.

The Contract will be for an initial three (3) year term with provision for a further one (1) x two (2) year extension at CHW's discretion.

Please Note: CHW currently has in place the following existing contracts:

1. Provision of Past Tenant Debt Collections which expires on 31 January 2024;

2. Provision of Water Meter Restriction Services which expires on 26 November 2023;

3. Performing Site Visits - No current contract in place; and

4. Provision of Legal Action Services which expires on 30 June 2024.

Should the one tenderer be selected to provide all of the services, the intent would be that the Water Meter Restriction Services would commence first together with the Performing Site Visits services, commencing 1 December 2023, whilst the remaining two activities would be staggered to align with their current expiry dates (commencing with the Past Tenant Debts 1 February 2024 and Legal Action 1 July 2024).
