Swan Hill Rural City Council is inviting quotations from suitably qualified and experienced individuals or organisations to develop a comprehensive ten-year waste management strategy.
The date for completion of all works specified in the brief is May 2024.
Compatibility requirements
Details
The council will evaluate the submissions by applying the Best Value Principles. In applying the Best Value Principles, consideration will be given to a demonstrated understanding of the issues involved and methodological factors.
Quotation responses will be evaluated in accordance with the following criteria:
• Compliance with Specification (20%)
• Social Economic Benefit to the Swan Hill Municipality (5%)
• Track Record (35%)
• Availability of Appropriate Skills & Resources (35%)
• Environmental Benefit (5%)
