Tender Description
Manningham Council is seeking tenders for an experienced HVAC maintenance contractor to maintain, service, repair, and replace (where required) all mechanical/HVAC systems across all council buildings/facilities.
The scope of work is stated in the attached documentation
Any questions about this request should be submitted through the "Question Forum". The cut-off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.
The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
Faxed, emailed, hard copy, or verbal quotations will not be considered.
