Central to this EOI is Renewal SA’s commitment to support Community Housing Providers to build their affordable rental asset portfolios.

The offer has been structured with an upfront equity contribution to support a fast-tracked delivery program, removing the potential impact of current uncertainties around the proposed Housing Australia Future Fund.

Potential upfront support in excess of $12 million has been identified to facilitate this project, support the accelerated delivery program and enhance the sector’s ability to maximise affordable housing outcomes for this site.

The successful proponent will be a Community Housing Provider with demonstrated experience in both the delivery and operation of affordable housing with a mix of affordable sales and rentals of similar scope and scale
