Tender Description
The Queensland Reconstruction Authority (QRA) administers funding relief measures to local governments as part of the Australian Government’s Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA), from joint federal and state government funds, and the State Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (SDRA). Sunshine Coast Council (SCC) has been activated under a single declared event requiring restoration works to be carried out under the Queensland Reconstruction Agency - Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) Program.
Tenders are invited for the provision of full-service landslip remediation works for the Sunshine Coast Council (SCC) under the Queensland Reconstruction Authority (QRA). This package of works consists of two (2) Separable Portions, each being a lump sum Contract. Council reserves the right to award one or more Separable Portions to one or more Respondents at its sole discretion.
- Separable Portions are as follows;
- Separable Portion A - Hovard Road 3
- Separable Portion B - Tanawha Tourist Drive
The Contractor undertakes to comply with the obligations of the principal contractor under the WH&S Act and the WH&S Regulation and will be responsible for the management and control of the workplace for all operational activities, ensuring the Site/s are maintained in a safe and trafficable state at all times, whilst minimising traffic congestion and potential delays.
