The Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning, through Economic Development Queensland (EDQ), seeks to engage a contractor to deliver a significant civil construction package.

The significant road and associated above/underground infrastructure (new and relocation or augmentation of existing) is required to facilitate the delivery of new land parcels and services. This will support access to, and the construction of the Brisbane Athlete Village (BAV) for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games (Brisbane 2032) at Northshore, located within the Northshore Hamilton Priority Development Area (PDA).
