Kingston City Council (KCC) is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced company to to provide a software package designed specifically for the registration and bulk allocation of funded three and four-year-old kindergarten places. This does not include enrolment into the kindergarten service.

There are currently 24 sessional kindergarten services that participate in the kindergarten registration scheme with approximately 1500 registrations received each year.

Council central registration and allocation software must include but is not limited to:

* Forms that can customised to meet local requirements.

* Online payment gateway for collection of registration fees that can be skipped for eligible families.

* Families receive an acknowledgment that their registration has been submitted and copy of the completed form.

* Letters, emails and SMS that can be customised and sent directly from the system.

* Automatic import process that goes directly into back end of system upon submission of registration in real time.

* Bulk, individual and ballot allocations to kindergartens or groups.

* Prioritisation of registration forms based on questions.

* Multiple search functions.

* Data stored securely in the cloud in Australia.

* Integration with relevant systems eg; payment gateway, Outlook, Office 365.

* A range of standard and customised reports.

* Training with documentation and responsive support.

* Upstreaming and down-streaming capabilities.
