Tender Description
Wyndham City Council is seeking tender responses from duly qualified and suitably experienced Contractors to undertake hard and soft landscape civil construction works at Rosslare Court Reserve, Hoppers Crossing. The project entails the decommissioning of the existing small playground and the construction of a new district-level play space, and upgrade of the existing on-street car parking adjoining the Rosslare Court Reserve. Works to include and by no means limited to, demolition, drainage, paving, shelter structures, picnic areas including BBQ and drink fountain, outdoor furniture installation, soft-fall mulch, rubber surfacing, pebble swale, planting, lawn and irrigation, along with the coordination of play equipment and public toilet installation by Council nominated suppliers.

NOTE: The tenderer is to submit any questions or clarification requests prior to 5PM AEST on Wednesday 6th September 2023. RFI's submitted after this time will not be responded to on the Council Supplier Portal Noticeboard.
It is recommended to allow adequate time to complete the tender bid submission upload process, prior to the Tender closing date set down for Wednesday 13 September 2023 at 12 Noon AEST.
Council recommends a minimum of 1-2 hours to complete the upload process.
All submissions must be electronically submitted through the Wyndham City Council Supplier Portal.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
