HSVITS2024-070 Defibrillators and Associated Consumables Tender Released.

Noting all submissions and queries to be via HSV Procurement Portal.

Provision of Defibrillators and Associated Consumables and Semi-Consumables.

HPVC2019-070 Defibrillators and Associated Consumables Contract is due to expire on 30 April 2024.

To establish a new contract (with commencement date 01 May 2024), HSV intends to release the following Invitation to Supply (ITS) to the market in the coming 2 weeks.

Invitation to Supply: HPVITS2024-070 – Defibrillators and Associated Consumables

Scope of ITS: Equipment and consumables and two greenfield categories; Cardiac Resuscitators and Service and Maintenance

Contract Term: Principal (5 years) with 1 x 2-year option

Key Dates:

• ITS Industry Briefing date: Tuesday 22nd August 2023 (1:00pm- 2:30pm)
• ITS release date: Monday 28th August 2023.
• ITS closing date: Monday 25th September 2023 at 2:00PM AEDT.

Industry Briefing:

• Briefing will be held (virtually) on Tuesday 22nd August 2023.
• Pre- briefing documentation available via HSV website under HSVITS2023-070 in “public” folder
• Attendees must register by COB Friday 18th August 2023 to attend industry briefing. Regisrations can be emailed directly to n.sweeney@healthsharevic.org.au
