Echuca Holiday Park Amenities Block and Quad Ensuites Design and Construction
The Echuca Holiday Park Master Plan has identified multiple projects over several years to improve recreational spaces, accommodation, landscape and the amenity of the park.
To give effect to this stage of the Master Plan, Council requires a suitably experienced Contractor to provide the design and construction of a new amenities block and two quad ensuites.
There are two separate packages of work under this Contract. The Principal may choose to award one or both of the work packages to individual contractors in order to obtain the best value for money. Tenderers are invited to submit a proposal for Package One or Package Two, or alternatively for both packages of work. Where a discount is offered for both packages, this should be clearly stated in the tender submission.
A site briefing will be held on Tuesday 22 August at 11:00am and interested tenderers are asked to assemble out the front of Park Reception just prior to the start time.
Tenders must be submitted via the eProcure portal no later than 2:00pm on 4 September 2023. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
