Tender Description
We are seeking information from parties with capacity and capability to deliver a multi-country climate capability support programme in the Pacific on behalf of MFAT. As we support Pacific countries scale up their climate action with increased climate finance, we also aim to provide technical assistance and other capacity support intervention to help the implementation and reporting of projects. The programme will support countries improvements in their Public Financial Management, Public Investment Management and project delivery.
We are not at this stage requesting quotes or proposals, but we are seeking to improve our knowledge on matters such as potential delivery options and opportunities to innovate. This is a unique opportunity to assist us to understand the market and help us to ensure we deliver public value for New Zealanders.
