The works scope comprises the construction of all services including sewer, stormwater, power, NBN, and water mains. Roadworks shall include the construction of kerb and channel, road pavements, and bituminous surfacing.

Stormwater pits and pipes will be procured by Council and will be made available adjacent to the works area.

All trees on site are to be protected during the construction of the civil contract. Council will engage a contractor to remove the marked trees and to carry out work on the remaining trees to remove partial canopies and unsound limbs.

It's expected that a tender report will be submitted to the September Council meeting.

Contracts will be signed soon after that meeting with the expected commencement date to be October/November 2023.

A non-compulsory pre-tender meet will be held on-site at 10.00 am on Thursday, 10 August 2023.

Tenderers may inspect the site at any time however attendance at the site meeting is recommended.
