Tender Description
The purpose of this tender is to engage a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to undertake sports field lighting upgrades at Maitland Park Outer Fields.
Works will include supplying and installing new galvanised steel poles & rag bolt footings, LED sports light fittings, and all associated underground reticulation and other infrastructure required to install the new lighting as per the supplied lighting design.
Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline 2pm 4th September 2023.
Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Complete tenders (i.e. containing all completed schedules, documents, information and details required) shall be considered ONLY if received by Electronic Tender (TenderLink) or Hardcopy tender.
Where a hardcopy tender is made the tender must be in the Tender Box by the deadline.
