Tender Description
The provision of a managed evidence management software solution will enable an inhouse evidence management capability at the CDPP, providing a secure, flexible and contemporary service that supports the business processes of the CDPP.
The Solution will provide the CDPP:
- an efficient and effective business tool for managing information related to criminal prosecution matters.
- a market-leading evidence management (including review, annotation, analysis and presentation) solution to properly manage large amounts of data in electronic briefs of evidence.
- a Seller that can capably partner with the CDPP to configure the evidence management solution and provide ongoing day to day solution management and application support for the CDPP.
- training (including bespoke training) and ongoing support of the evidence management solution post implementation as user capability matures.

Timeframe for Delivery:
The CDPP intends to enter into an initial contract period of three (3) years with two (2) optional extensions of 12 months each.
