Delivery of the National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) for Victorian Schools 2024-2025 (+1 Year option to 2026)

Synopsis: The NAPLAN is a nation-wide annual literacy and numeracy assessment of students in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9. The Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) is the Test Administration Authority (TAA) for all schools in Victoria. The VCAA seeks to engage a supplier to manage, deliver and be responsible for a comprehensive range of services including printing, scanning and logistical services to facilitate NAPLAN test material production, delivery and collection from schools across the state of Victoria. Services required also include the development and implementation of a dedicated secure website - the ‘VCAA NAPLAN Portal’ - which allows schools to undertake required administrative tasks for the NAPLAN program, and a marking platform that manages the marking of 330,000+ student writing scripts by 400+ markers.
