Southern Rural Water (SRW) is inviting Tenderers to respond to this Expression of Interest (EOI) for Technical Support Services 2023-2028.
SRW is seeking to appoint two (2) or more Technical Support Service Providers to assist in the successful delivery of the 2023-2028 Capital Works Program and other works as required. Our Capital Planning and Capital Delivery teams require assistance to scope, plan, procure, and design construction delivery services, including but not limited to, Asset Management, Planning and Design, Condition Assessment, Renewal, extension of life techniques of Headworks and Irrigation Assets.

The procurement strategy for the Service Providers will involve a multi-stage market engagement comprising of this EOI, followed by a second stage limited Request for Tender (RFT) that is limited to selected Tenderers based on assessment of the responses to this EOI.
The Service Agreement term for each Service Provider will be five (5) years with the option for a one (1) year extension at the end of the initial five (5) year term.
