Painting - George Roberts Hall

Situated off James Cook Drive, George Roberts Hall comprises eight accommodation blocks, student centre, a manager’s quarters and a storage shed.

These units consist of three or four bedrooms, alongside shared common spaces and bathrooms.

The building requires a comprehensive external paint upgrade.

The repainting is to consist of all the previously painted external surfaces and minor render repairs, joint sealing.
