Tender Description
Renmark Paringa Council is seeking tenders from a suitably qualified landscape contractor to commence works for The Paringa Town Centre Revitalisation, scope requirements for Stage 1 are listed below.
- Provide 30% design for the entire Paringa Town Centre Revitalisation Project in accordance with the provided concept for the Murtho Road Median Strip and achieve Planning Approval for the Project.
- Undertake community engagement in partnership with Council to review the outcome driven by the Paringa community.
- Provide detailed design, development approval and construct a new nature play area within the Paringa Town Centre that provides adequate seating, shade and landscaping. Tender submission to provide specific details on play equipment and infrastructure allowed in tender.
- Provide detailed design, development approval and construction works to refurbish existing public toilets including signage and DDA compliant access. Toilets located on Pauline Street behind the Bakery. The Council will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Tenderer.
