Tender Description
Council is undertaking a two-stage process to select a new Client Management System to support the delivery of age and disability care services – an Expression of Interest stage to identify suitable providers who are able to meet the Council’s needs and offer a best practice solution to the future; and to be followed by an open Tender process to select a provider capable of delivering the new CMS, including:
- Understanding of the needs of the services, clients, and community;
- Migration of existing data to the new system;
- Staff training and induction;
- On-going technical and development support;
Compliance with current and emerging State & Federal Government reporting and accountability requirements
