Tender Description
Redland City Council is seeking a Principal Contractor for the upgrade and associated works at Point Talburpin Park, Redland Bay.
Works include but are not limited to:
- Demolition and removal of various park assets as per the drawings and bill of quantities, including amenities building. Removal and disconnection of electrical power poles, lights, and overhead services.
- Construction of playground equipment, sports equipment, pathways, pavement marking, amenities building, electrical works, furniture/hard elements, signage, landscaping, and signage as identified in the construction documents.
