Tender Description
The lead consultant and consultancy team will work closely with the Major Projects Canberra and City Renewal Authority to develop a design outcome for Garema Place and City Walk. The purpose of this procurement is to provide the below:
1.Package A - City Walk Stage 2. The scope includes:
• progression of the existing Garema Place Preliminary Sketch Plan (PSP),
• Design Report
• Final Sketch Plan (FSP)
• Documentation Readiness (DR)
2. Package B - City Walk Stages 3a and 3b. The scope includes:
• Site Investigation
• Concept
• Preliminary Sketch Plan (PSP),
• Design Report
• Final Sketch Plan (FSP)
• Documentation Readiness (DR)
3. City Walk Stages 2, 3a and 3b.
Provide Construction Phase Services to ensure quality of design outcomes, address RFI’s and design certification in accordance with Territory requirements.
