ABOUT THE COUNCIL
The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences.
ABOUT THE TENDER
City of Parramatta Council is seeking to contract companies to provide Event and Production Management Services for Council's scheduled events and festivals, and additional ad hoc events as required. City of Parramatta stages a number of events throughout the year. From time-to-time additional professional assistance is required to support the delivery of these events in either an event management or specific production management capacity. Roles may include:
- Event Producer
- Event Manager
- Production Manager/Technical Production Manager
- Event Coordinator/Production Assistant
- Artist Liaison Manager
- Stage Manager/Assistant Stage Manager
- Technical production staff if available (E.g., LX/Audio operators)
