Cire Community School – Yarra Junction Daycare to Classroom conversion

Expressions of Interest are invited from registered commercial Building Companies for the proposed redevelopment and upgrade of existing building to create Years 5/6 and Middle School building encompassing four general learning areas, four flexible student wellbeing areas, outdoor learning spaces, staff office and meeting rooms, staff and student amenities, storage spaces, plus associated external works and landscaping, at the Yarra Junction campus, 39-41 Little Yarra Road, Yarra Junction.

Expressions of Interest Submissions are to be received prior to 5.00pm on Thursday 3rd August 2023 (from which, a short-list of Tenderers shall be prepared).
