Tender Description
ACIAR has identified the broad components involved in managing and recruiting of the ICCON program. These components include:
(a) Development and provision of a Transition Plan detailing the Supplier’s approach and methodology to transition the current 5 ICCON cohort from existing arrangements with the Incumbent Service Provider to the Supplier
(b) manage recruitment – advertising, shortlisting and interviewing of candidates (in consultation with ACIAR) – of the communications Suppliers
(c) manage the payment and other salary benefits to the Suppliers
(d) manage the individual agreements/contracts for each Supplier recruited and the related human resources requirements to effectively manage the program, including payroll benchmarking positions in each country, recruitment and onboarding
(e) provide advice and best practice for on-boarding Suppliers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
