Tender Description
This is an opportunity to provide a regional community with health facilities to ensure that the Wairarapa Hospital can continue to operate and provide a service to the community.
Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, (Wairarapa District) is looking for credible providers who have the capacity and capability to provide main contractor services for the works required;
1. Hydrotherapy – conversion of existing space in the main hospital into an office and clinic.
2. Doctors hub – upgrade of existing space – the building located between the mental health building and the old Selina Sutherland Hospital.
3. Relocatable – 2 x relocatable buildings, built on site, out the front of the existing hospital.
The suppliers are required to have an excellent track record in the construction of similar projects and evidence of effective construction management processes to manage the project.
