Tender Description

City Parklands Services Pty Ltd, (City Parklands) (the Principal) is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Brisbane City Council. City Parklands manages the operations of South Bank Parklands and Roma Street Parkland. City Parklands invites you to submit a price as Principal Contractor for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, and setting to work of the systems and equipment as shown on the Electrical Services Drawings.

The Scope of Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following:

- SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF NEW LUMINAIRES AND RETICULATION PATHS AS DOCUMENTED.

- SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF NEW CBUS TUNNEL LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEM AS

DOCUMENTED WITH PROVISION TO CONFIGURE WITH SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC.

- DECOMMISSION AND REMOVAL OF EXISTING TUNNEL AND ADAPTATION LIGHTING AS DOCUMENTED.

- DECOMMISSION AND REMOVAL OF REDUNDANT TUNNEL LIGHTING CABLING, EQUIPMENT AND CONTROL GEAR FROM EXISTING DISTRIBUTION BOARDS AS INDICATED.

- RELOCATION, RECABLING AND REINSTATEMENT OF EXISTING CCTV EQUIPMENT.

- 12 MONTHS MAINTENANCE AND DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD.

- TESTING, COMMISSIONING AND USER TRAINING.

- O&M MANUALS AND AS-CONSTRUCTED DRAWINGS.
