Tender Description
Merri-bek City Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to undertake road reconstruction works along Stennis Street, Pascoe Vale between Lyking Street and Sussex Street.
The project involves the reconstruction of approximately 282m of 300mm dia. to 525mm dia. Drainage Pipes, 569m of concrete kerb and channel, and 310 Tonnes of asphalt.
Service levels are to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with ‘Best Value” aimed at achieving an environmentally responsible, safe, and cost-effective outcome for Council.
Tenderers must respond by submitting their tender proposal and completing all highlighted cells contained in the following documents:
• Contract RFT-2023-453 - Part 2.1 – Tender Response Form – (Complete and Return)
• Contract RFT-2023-453- Part 2.2 - Tender Schedule (Complete and Return)
The respondent must lodge their tender no later than the Closing Date and Time. Council is under no obligation to consider any Response received by Council after the Closing Time.
