Tender Description
Council (the Principal) is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced Contractors for its Playground Reactive Maintenance works. The work is in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFx.
The work is awarded for the contract work on a schedule of rates price basis in accordance with the tender pricing schedules herein. The Council makes no guarantee to the contractor regarding the volume of services required under this contract. All work will be on an “as required” basis during the contract term. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract.
