Tender Description
The Town of Port Hedland is seeking a suitably qualified consultant for a concept and detailed design package, for a Performing Art Centre, to be located at Lot 500 Forrest Circle South Hedland.
The expansion of the arts in the Pilbara has highlighted the need for the Town to provide the community with a fit for purpose facility to support the growth of all forms of creativity arts.
The design of the PAC will be driven by the previously endorsed Consultation report and Hedland Arts and Culture Strategy.
The development of the Performing Arts Centre design and detailed design documentation will be delivered through multiple Phases.
The award of the Phases will be based upon Milestones and further approvals prior to proceeding with the work under each Phase.
