Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Land Management - Remediation Works under the Roseville Bridge

⁠⁠⁠Transport for NSW (TfNSW) Land Management team is seeking to engage an experienced and qualified contractor to undertake the remediation of asbestos impacted soil located on the northern foreshore of Middle Harbour directly underneath Roseville Bridge, Killarney Heights, NSW. The contract will be a Schedule of Rates, with upper limiting fee, arrangement for approximately 32 weeks.

The scope of works under this arrangement comprise of the following, but is not limited to:

• Pre commencement works and investigations, including but not limited to preparation of pre commencement dilapidation report, preparation of management plans, notifications etc.
• Site preparation, temporary fencing, barriers, signages, sediment and erosion control, silt curtain, tree protection, protection of assets (TfNSW, services, NPWS and others) amenities etc.
• Excavation, removal, and disposal
• Hazardous materials removal works and clearance certification including air monitoring.
• Backfilling and compaction work including but not limited to grading surfaces, topsoil to receive landscaping.
• Landscaping works, including landscaping works maintenance
• Preliminaries and Margin, including but not limited to supervision, management, resources, traffic management, insurances, contractor’s overheads, and margin
• Demobilisation, certifications, post completion dilapidation report, validation, and handover documents

A mandatory pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held at 11am on Tuesday 1 August 2023. at Davidson Park Internal Road (Directly Under Roseville Bridge) Northern foreshore of middle harbour in Garigal National Park (Killarney Heights). Coordinates -33.772477, 151.204508.

Attendance to this pre-tender meeting is mandatory in order to submit a conforming tender.
