Tender Description
Georges River Council invites responses from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to reconstruct the turf surfacing at Renown Park Penshurst. Part of this tender also requires the design and installation of an irrigation system, and subsurface drainage system.
A detailed scope of works and detail design outlining of the extent of works required by Council is set out in Part 5 of this Tender document.
Council requires the works to commence August / September 2023. Construction works are to be completed by the end of December 2turf023 (allowing adequate establishment period prior to winter sports season commencing April 2024).
