Tender Description
We’re looking for musicians, performers, artists and food vendors to join us in delivering our Carols event this December. Do you have a great idea for a performance, pop-up or installation? Do you love to create and serve delicious, affordable food to large, hungry crowds? Then we’d love you to be a part of our treasured community event that we have ho–ho-hosted for Moonee Valley locals for 40 years.
At last year’s Christmas Carols in Queens Park event, around 10,000 community members flocked to Queens Park, in the heart of Moonee Ponds, to celebrate. To make such a huge event a crowd-pleasing success, we rely on the support of small businesses and freelancers.
So, if you want to be a part of one of the biggest events in Moonee Valley, we want to hear from you!
