Tender Description
The Scope of the works is shown on the attached drawings and include, but are not limited to:
1. All traffic and pedestrian management, noting works are located near hill slope and blind spots in Cromwell drive.
2. Liaison with affected residents to obtain access and undertake the works.
3. Locate all existing services onsite, noting these have been located. However, the contractor should confirm all locations during excavation to protect utilities.
4. Undertake Dilapidation Surveys of Structures prior to and post construction.
5. Demolish/excavate/remove existing redundant stormwater pipes and pits if necessary.
6. Construction of new stormwater pipes, pits and junctions, including benching, backfilling, compaction and reinstatement as required.
7. Reinstate as required including kerb, footpath paving, and road on Cromwell drive
8. Provide as Constructed information to Council
9. DBYD, permits and Approval from Power and water/ gas/ Telstra/NBN.
