Management, Operation and Maintenance of Queens Park Golf Course and Balyang Golf Course

⁠⁠⁠The City of Greater Geelong (‘the City’) is seeking Expressions of Interest (‘EOI’) from suitably capable and experienced golf course operators for the Management, Operation and Maintenance of two of the City’s public golf courses, comprising:

• Queens Park Golf Course; and
• Balyang Golf Course.

 The City is seeking to work in partnership with the successful supplier(s), who will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality, accessible, and inclusive services and programs to participants of both courses consistent with the objectives and priorities as identified in the:

• City of Greater Geelong Council Plan
• Health and Wellbeing Plan; and
• Golf Facility Strategy (2021).

 The City is seeking an outcome that provides an enhanced and contemporary golfing experience and the attraction of a wider audience to enhance the golf courses as a place for community recreation, engagement, and socialisation.

Mandatory EOI Respondent Briefing Session

Please be advised that Council will conduct a mandatory EOI Respondent Briefing Session at 9:00 am, Friday 14 July 2023 via MS Teams. Prospective tenderers must attend this briefing. Failure of a tenderer to attend will result in their tender being excluded as a non-conforming tender.

Council representatives will be present to discuss details regarding the services and the tender process.

Tenderers are required to notify Council of their attendance by completing the Briefing/Inspection tab. Those nominating to attend will receive an invitation by email the day prior to the event.
