Trustee Lease over Lots 47 & 48 on Crown Plan RD220 - Part of Jubilee Park

⁠⁠⁠Mount Isa City Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers (incorporated association / organisation) for the grant of a trustee lease by Council for the purpose of RECREATION on the reserve land known as part of Jubilee Park.

Communications by Tenderers:

Communications regarding the invitation for tender process must be submitted to procurement_submissions@mountisa.qld.gov.au no later than five (5) calendar days prior to July 28, 2023

Site Inspection:

Council will assume you have become familiar with the site prior to submitting a tender.

Please contact the Council's Development & Land Use section to organise a site inspection. Site inspections will only be held on Wednesday 19 June 2023.

Submission of Tender:

Tenders must be submitted at procurement_submissions@mountisa.qld.gov.au by no later than 2:00 PM on 28 July 2023.

Note: Adequate time must be allowed for the Tender and all supporting documents to upload to or be received by this time.
