Horse Paddocks

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Richmond Shire Council invites Expressions of Interest from suitably interested parties for the lease of three (3) horse paddocks for a term of two (2) years, with an option to renew for a further two (2) years.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Lease of three horse paddocks, fully fenced and with access to water, adjoining the Pony Club and Racecourse Reserves
• Paddock No 1: 15.2 acres
• Paddock No 2: 164.24 acres
• Paddock No 3: 67 acres

Information Requested

Expressions of Interest must be submitted in writing and include the following information:

• Applicant details
• Horse Paddock No.
• Tender amount per year

Instructions to Tenderers

Council reserves the right to accept or reject any submission and is not bound to accept the highest offer or any Expression of Interest received.
