Tender Description
The Department for Education seeks the provision of:
- High-quality modular building solutions for increased capacity that meet site-specific needs while also improving learning outcomes for students.
- One modular building comprising 2 x general learning areas (GLAs).
- One (1) modular building comprising of 5 x student toilets, 2 x staff toilets and 1 x cleaner’s room.
- Covered deck and access ramp to toilets
- Verandah in front of classrooms
- All associated building services and infrastructure connections at Mt Barker South Primary School
- Relocation of existing shade structure.
