ABOUT THE RFT
The Catholic Diocese of Maitland Newcastle (CDMN) invites Respondents to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the construction of an Outdoor Learning Space at St Patrick's Primary School, Cessnock on the terms and conditions set out in this EOI.
In participating in the EOI process and in submitting an EOI, the Respondent agrees to be bound by this EOI.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME
Tenders close at 2:00 pm AEST on Thursday 20th July 2023 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle is not bound to accept the lowest-priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
