Tender Description
The Woodend Buffalo Stadium Change Room upgrade construction contract includes preliminaries, demolition, building construction, site reinstatement and general management as specified and as could be reasonably understood in the drawings and specifications provided with this tender prepared by Architecture Matters as referred to in 4.11 drawings & other documents.
The new facility is to be durable, functional, of high-quality finish, fit for purpose and completed within set timeframes and budget.
