Tender Description
The Contract Works are for the renewal of a playground at Haumingi Park, Lake Rotoiti.
The works comprise of the install of a new playground, drinking fountain, furniture and landscaping.
The preference is for site to be closed for a maximum allowance of 45 calendar days. Council must be notified 2 weeks prior to works commencing so the public can also be notified.
The Contractor is responsible for all works detailed in the technical specification.
Landscape works included in this construction are for the supply of all plant, labour, materials, quality assurance, as-built drawings and incidentals necessary for:
a. Installation of a new play structures including new safety surfaces
b. Install two pieces of furniture
c. Install a new drinking fountain and associated water supply.
d. Construct two small concrete slabs for the drinking fountain and furniture.
e. Prepare and plant various garden beds
f. Re-seed grassed areas affected by the construction works.
