The Attorney-General’s Department is undertaking a re-tender of the Whole of Australian Government Legal Services Panel (SON3622041).

The Industry Consultation Paper provides more information about the re-tender. The Consultation period has now closed, and the documents are made available to potential respondents to provide them with information about proposed improvements to the Whole of Australian Government Legal Services Panel (Attachment A) and the draft proposed Head Agreement (Attachment B).

The attached Industry briefing presentation for the re-tender of the Panel and Questions and Answers relating to the re-tender of the Panel are made available to potential respondents to provide them with access to information disseminated at and after the Industry Briefing on 12 September 2023.

The attached Industry Consultation Paper provides more information about the re-tender and seeks your comments and feedback on the re-tender strategy. Interested parties are invited to provide feedback on the consultation paper, including the table of proposed improvements to the Whole of Australian Government Legal Services Panel (Attachment A) and the draft proposed Head Agreement (Attachment B).

Online consultation briefing:

The department is holding an online briefing session for Industry stakeholders on Tuesday 12 September 2023 from 10.30am-12.00pm, Canberra time. The department will provide an overview of the re-tender process and answer questions that have been raised during consultation.

The Attorney-General’s Department is undertaking a re-tender of the Whole of Australian Government Legal Services Panel.

The re-tendered panel is expected to be established by 1 July 2024.

In early September 2023, the department will release an industry consultation paper, which will be open for comments for two weeks.
