South West TAFE has for sale by tender one dwelling currently being constructed as part of our Pre-apprentice training program at the Sherwood Park Campus. A four (4) bedroom house will be available for removal in September 2023.

The house is constructed of timber cladding with colourbond roofing, fitted with Stanford four-panel doors, cathedral ceilings, skirting, and architraves, and has been built with a view to relocating to a permanent site. It is suitable for use as a permanent residence, holiday accommodation, or office building.
