Tender Description
As part of its progressive renewal of the public space around Spit Junction, Council has a long-term vision to renew the Mosman Library and associated car park. This project is identified in Council's Strategic Plan and Developer Contributions Plans and has a 10-year horizon.
From 2020 to 2022 Council engaged DesignInc to undertake some feasibility works which included geotechnical, services, engineers, architectural services, and quantity surveys. Scoping indicates that a project is feasible and would cost in the realm of $25m.
Council is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to assist Council in mapping out the requirements to deliver this project and to complete a delivery plan for this project.
