EOI for Foreshore Mobile Trading Permits

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking applications for mobile vendor services in several locations in the Bayside foreshore area.

Areas include:

Head Street Carpark, BRIGHTON

Green Point Foreshore Reserve, BRIGHTON BEACH

Keith Court, BRIGHTON (bathing boxes)

Jetty Road, SANDRINGHAM

Love Street, BLACK ROCK

Brighton Beach South Road, BRIGHTON

To apply please complete the online form. Applicants must have all necessary insurances and registration to be considered.

This is the first stage of a two-stage process. Council will shortlist applicants for the second stage, which will include a request for costing and further details on the Applicant's offer to Council.

Any questions about this request should be submitted through the "Question Forum" through our portal and not to any individual Council Officer. The cut-off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.

Council is not bound to accept any Offer, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Council or Staff shall disqualify the relevant Respondent.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy, or verbal Competitive Bid will not be considered.
