MidCoast Council has received State Government funding to develop a detailed land use masterplan and development strategy for the Northern Gateway Airport / Transport Hub at Cundletown NSW.

Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Principal Consultant, to investigate how to develop these sites to maximise the transport business related opportunities for the Taree and broader MidCoast area and prepare a Masterplan and Development Strategy for the Northern Gateway Airport / Transport Hub.

The Principal Consultant will be responsible for all activities in delivering the scope of works, including the engagement and management of sub-consultancies required for the delivery of the project.
