Construction Services (Port Coogee Marina Service Building)

⁠⁠⁠The City of Cockburn (the Principal) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified, registered, and experienced Commercial Building Contractor to undertake the refurbishment of the Marina Service Building. Works involve the fit out of the lower ground floor to provide amenity facilities and a lounge area.

The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of sixteen (16 weeks) from the date of construction commencement.

The Contract is expected to commence in late August / early September 2023.

SPECIAL NOTE:

• Tenderers are required to address all requirements as outlined in the request;

• Failure to comply shall deem your submission non-compliant; and
