Request For Registration of Interest - Audit Services Panels for Infrastructure Projects
Transport for NSW invites Registration of Interest (ROI) for the purposes of setting up panels for the provision of audit services for infrastructure projects. Audit services for infrastructure projects, across all transport modes, include desktop audits, site audits (including management systems audits and/or product audits), site surveillance inspections and provision of advice on auditing policy and processes for infrastructure projects. These audit services are required for contractor management plans and systems including quality, environment, work health and safety, engineering management, design management, competency management, supplier management, resources management, workplace relations, skills and training management, traffic management, survey, site management, health and safety in design and heavy vehicle chain of responsibility.
A limited number of successful respondents from this Request for Registration of Interest process shall be separately empaneled for each service type.
The initial panel term shall be 2 years with three consecutive 1 year extension options [2+1+1+1 = 5 years total], which may be exercised at Transport for NSW’s sole discretion. Panel intakes occur one year into the term and, if exercised, at the start of each option.
During the panel term (and any subsequent options), a limited number of respondent(s) on the panels may receive invitations to participate in Request for Quotation processes as and when Transport for NSW intends to obtain services through the panels.
A briefing session will be held (face to face and via MS Teams). The location and timing of the briefing session shall be shared via an addendum. Attendance at the briefing session is mandatory to submit a Registration of Interest. Prospective respondents are required to pre-register their interest in attending the briefing session by sending details of the attendees (entity name and ABN, names of attendees, designation, email address, phone number) via email to auditservicesinfrastructureprojects@transport.nsw.gov.au by 04:00 PM on 07 July 2023. A maximum of 2 people per entity is allowed to attend the briefing session.
All respondents must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework) and NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code). Copies of the NSW Framework and NSW Code are available at buy.nsw.gov.au.
