Expressions of Interest - Builders - Iona College Geelong Learning Centre + Gymnasium Expansion

Expressions of Interest are invited from registered commercial Building Companies for the proposed double-storey Learning Centre, Gymnasium Expansion, and associated external works at Iona College Geelong, 242 Horseshoe Bend Road, Charlemont.

To receive the Request for Expression of Interest documentation, interested Building Companies are to contact Timothy Perks or Michelle Lowry of Morton+Co Architects.

Expression of Interest Submissions is to be received prior to 5.00 pm on Friday 7 July 2023 (from which, a short-list of Tenderers shall be prepared).
