Tender Description
Hume City Council invites tenders for Windrock Avenue at Creekwood Drive, Craigieburn – Roundabout Modification.
The objective of these works is to:
Reduce the number of circulating lanes in the roundabout to one and;
Construct a raised priority crossing on the northern leg of the roundabout to improve traffic and pedestrian/cyclist safety.
The scope of these works includes the following:
Construction of new kerb and channel, concrete traffic island, concrete centre island apron, concrete raised safety platform, shared paths, pram crossings, and heavy-duty vehicle crossover.
Pavement and nature strip reinstatement
Drainage infrastructure including new pits and pipes.
Signage and line marking installation.
