Tender Description
Purpose
Ipswich City Council is seeking offers from the market for the construction of Buildings at Wiley Street Park which consists of the following:
- Building A - Canteen and Office.
- Building B - First Aid.
- Building C - Storage and Equipment Store; and
- Building D - Public Amenities.
These buildings will be connected via a DDA compliant walkway and driveway network across the site.
The project is grant funded with expected practical completion dates, for this reason, works have been broken up into separable portions which are detailed within Appendix 1 Principal Project Requirements.
*Council Objectives
In conducting this RFT, Council objectives are:
- To attract interested Tenderers capable of carrying out the required construction works; and
- To award all portions of work as a whole package or separately based on Tenders received and the ability for Council to meet its Grant Funding requirements.
